Artwork ownership and permission

No copyright certificate upload or registration number is required for this confirmation. An optional project PDF is for your design brief only.

Only submit artwork you own or are authorized to use. Brand names, characters, photographs and other protected material may need permission from their rights holders.

Before approving a custom order, our assigned specialist must document image matching through Google Vision or TinEye and trademark screening through the WIPO Global Brand Database, alongside your authorization evidence. These manual checks do not establish copyright clearance; a missing match is not proof of permission.

I confirm that I own, or am authorized to use, all logos and artwork I supply for this order. I am responsible for conducting my own image and trademark searches and obtaining all necessary permissions. To the extent permitted by applicable law, I accept responsibility for third-party infringement claims, disputes or arbitration, compensation and reasonable costs attributable to my supplied materials or a false warranty.
