Information we collect
Inquiry submissions may include your name, email, company, country, product, quantity and message. Checkout records may include purchased items, totals, PayPal order identifiers, name, email, delivery address, payment and fulfilment status, and a coarse device category such as mobile, tablet or desktop. We do not store the complete browser User-Agent for this classification. Sanchuan Apparel does not store complete payment-card numbers.
How we use information
We use inquiry details to respond and prepare quotes. We use order data to calculate shipping, process payment, fulfil orders, send transactional messages, prevent fraud, handle after-sales requests and understand checkout performance by broad device category. We retain operational records as reasonably needed for these purposes and legal obligations.
Service providers
PayPal processes payment and returns the information needed to complete a transaction. An email delivery provider may send order, shipment and inquiry notifications. Hosting and database services store the website and operational records. Google Analytics runs only after you accept optional analytics and is used to understand store performance.
Analytics choice
Optional Google Analytics does not load until you select “Accept analytics.” Your choice is stored in your browser. You can reset it by clearing this site’s local storage. Essential cart and consent preferences remain in browser storage so the shop can function. The coarse device category attached to a new checkout record is generated by the server without storing the complete User-Agent; historical orders are not inferred.
International processing and rights
Data may be processed in countries different from your own because the store, payment and delivery providers operate internationally. Depending on your law, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction. Some order records may need to be retained for fraud prevention, accounting or legal obligations.
