Store scope
Sanchuan Apparel offers ready-style retail products and separate logo/private-label manufacturing services. A retail checkout does not automatically include customization. Custom work begins only after specifications, price, timing and payment terms are confirmed in writing.
Prices, orders and payment
Store prices and checkout totals are shown in U.S. dollars. Product price, shipping and any tax collected at checkout are validated by the server before PayPal capture. An order is accepted after payment is confirmed and an order number is issued. We may contact you or cancel and refund an order if a product, destination, price or fraud check prevents lawful fulfilment.
Product information
We aim to present products accurately. Color can differ by screen, and minor production variation may occur. Product references, selected size and quantity form part of the order record. “Trend” wording describes merchandising direction and does not guarantee popularity, resale performance or business results.
Logo and private-label work
You must have the right to use artwork, trademarks, brand names and other materials you supply. We may refuse content that appears unlawful or infringing. Custom specifications, tolerances, samples, intellectual-property responsibilities and remedies are governed by the accepted written quotation or manufacturing agreement.
Shipping, returns and privacy
The Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy are part of these terms. Non-waivable rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, interfere with checkout or provide false or third-party personal information without authority.
