What is your minimum order quantity?
Our MOQ is 50 pieces per style. This applies to both OEM (your design) and ODM (our existing designs with your branding). We designed this MOQ specifically for startup brands and small independent labels.
How long does sampling take?
7 business days for a first sample from an approved tech pack or reference. ODM samples from our existing library are typically ready in 3–5 days. Sample costs are credited toward your first production order.
Do you offer private label and custom packaging?
Yes. We handle woven labels, hang tags, care labels, polybag packaging, and custom boxes. Just let us know your branding requirements when you send your inquiry.
What fabrics do you specialize in?
For streetwear: 320gsm–400gsm heavyweight cotton fleece, French terry, enzyme-washed and acid-washed finishes. For activewear: 4-way stretch nylon/spandex, squat-proof fabrics, seamless knit. We can source custom fabrics on request.
How do I send you my designs?
Email us your tech pack (PDF or AI/PSD files), or simply send reference photos via WhatsApp. If you don't have a tech pack, we can help you develop one based on your references and measurements.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. Most of our customers are in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, and Europe. We work with DHL, FedEx, and sea freight depending on your timeline and budget.
