Welcome to Sanchuan Apparel. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Company Information

Sanchuan Apparel is operated by Guangxi Sanchuan Trade Co., Ltd., a clothing manufacturer registered in Guangxi, China.

3. Orders & Quotations

  1. All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
  2. Orders are confirmed only after receipt of deposit payment.
  3. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) varies by product type. Current MOQ: 50-100 pieces per style/color.
  4. We reserve the right to decline orders for any reason.

4. Payment Terms

  1. Deposit: 30-50% deposit required to commence production
  2. Balance: Due before shipment
  3. Payment Methods: Bank transfer (T/T), PayPal, Alibaba Trade Assurance
  4. All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified

5. Sampling

  1. Sample production time: 7-14 working days
  2. Sample fees are credited toward bulk order if order proceeds
  3. Samples include up to 2 revisions. Additional revisions may incur fees.

6. Production Timeline

  1. Standard production: 15-30 working days after sample approval and deposit
  2. Production time varies based on order quantity and complexity
  3. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control

7. Quality Assurance

  1. All products undergo 3-stage quality control inspection
  2. Defect rate target: Less than 2%
  3. Claims for defects must be reported within 7 days of receipt
  4. We will replace or credit defective items at our discretion

8. Intellectual Property

  1. You retain ownership of your designs, logos, and branding
  2. You warrant that your designs do not infringe third-party IP rights
  3. We will not reproduce your designs for other clients
  4. We may display completed products in our portfolio unless you request otherwise

9. Confidentiality

We treat all client information, designs, and business details as confidential. We will not disclose your information to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

10. Shipping & Delivery

  1. Shipping terms (FOB, CIF, DDP) are agreed upon before production
  2. We are not responsible for customs delays or duties in your country
  3. Risk transfers to buyer upon delivery to carrier (FOB terms)

11. Cancellations

  1. Orders may be cancelled before production begins
  2. Deposit is non-refundable if production has commenced
  3. Customized materials ordered for your project cannot be refunded

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

13. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, we will first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by arbitration in Guangxi, China.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting on this website.
