1. Shipping Methods

We offer multiple shipping options to meet your needs:

Express Shipping (DHL, FedEx, UPS)

• Delivery Time: 3-5 business days
• Best For: Samples and small orders under 50kg
• Features: Door-to-door, customs clearance included
• Cost: $20-35 per kg

Air Freight

• Delivery Time: 5-10 business days
• Best For: Orders 50-500kg
• Features: Airport-to-airport or door-to-door
• Cost: $4-8 per kg

Sea Freight

• Delivery Time: 20-45 days
• Best For: Large orders over 500kg
• Features: Most cost-effective for bulk orders
• Cost: $0.50-2 per kg

2. Shipping Terms (Incoterms)

We support the following international trade terms:

• FOB (Free on Board): We deliver goods to the port in China. You pay shipping and insurance from there.
• CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight): We cover shipping and insurance to your destination port.
• DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): We handle everything including customs clearance and delivery to your door.
• EXW (Ex Works): You arrange pickup from our factory.

Shipping costs depend on:

• Weight and volume of the shipment
• Shipping method chosen
• Destination country
• Customs duties and taxes

We provide detailed shipping quotes with each order confirmation.

5. Packing

• Standard packing: Poly bags for individual items, cartons for shipping
• Custom packing available upon request (additional charges may apply)
• Carton dimensions and weights provided in shipping documents

6. Customs & Duties

• Import duties: Paid by buyer in most cases
• Required documents: Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading
• HS Codes: Provided for customs clearance
• DDP option: We can handle customs for an additional fee

7. Tracking

All shipments include tracking numbers. We provide:

• Tracking number within 24 hours of shipment
• Regular updates on shipment status
• Photos of packaged goods before shipping
• Estimated delivery date

8. Damage or Loss

1. Inspect all packages upon delivery
2. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt
3. Report damage within 48 hours
4. Provide photos of damaged items
5. We will work with the carrier to resolve claims

9. Restricted Items

We cannot ship:

• Items prohibited by international law
• Hazardous materials
• Items requiring special licenses
