- During Production: Mid-production inspection at 30% completion
- Final Inspection: 100% of goods inspected before shipping
Our defect rate is consistently below 2%.
2. What Qualifies for a Claim
We accept claims for:
- Manufacturing Defects: Stitching errors, fabric flaws, color mismatches
- Size Incorrect: Items don't match specifications
- Wrong Items: Different design/color than ordered
- Shipping Damage: Damage during transit (see below)
Not Covered
- Minor variations in color (due to monitor settings)
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from improper washing/drying
- Items altered by customer
- Design preferences (fit, style, etc.)
3. Claim Process
- Report Within 7 Days: Inspect your order immediately upon receipt
- Document the Issue: Take clear photos showing the defect
- Contact Us: Email photos to sanchuantrade33@gmail.com
- Wait for Response: We review within 24-48 hours
- Resolution: We propose a solution (replacement, credit, or refund)
4. Resolution Options
Depending on the issue, we offer:
- Replacement: We remake and ship the correct items (free of charge)
- Partial Refund: Credit for the defective portion
- Full Refund: For significant issues affecting most of the order
- Discounted Resale: You may keep defective items at a discount
5. Shipping Damage Claims
Important
For shipping damage, note damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Take photos of the damaged package immediately.
- Refuse delivery if package is visibly damaged
- If accepted, document damage before opening
- Contact us within 48 hours
- We file claims with the carrier on your behalf
6. Return Shipping
- Our Error: We cover return shipping for defective items
- Buyer's Choice: Buyer pays for returns of non-defective items
- International Returns: We recommend using tracked shipping
7. Refund Timeline
- Processing: 3-5 business days after claim approval
- Credit Card: 5-10 business days to appear
- Bank Transfer: 7-14 business days (international)
- PayPal: 24-48 hours
8. Cancellations & Order Changes
- Before Production: Full refund minus processing fees
- During Production: Deposit non-refundable
- After Production: Cannot cancel; we can discuss reselling options
- Custom Materials: Materials ordered specifically for your order cannot be refunded
